Guest information for golfers is optional during registration. After you complete the form, you will be directed to create an account. This is important. Creating an account enables you to log back in later and update the form with guest and payment information when you need to make changes.
DEADLINE for filling in guest information is August 01, 2020.
Golfer (Add four golfers to assemble a foursome)
You can make multiple foursomes by adding more golfers. Your first four golfers will be the first foursome, and so on. If you need more than 12 golfers you will need to fill out this form a second time. (See instructions at the bottom of the form.)
